Shipping Policy
We take care to deliver your fine art securely and provide clear shipping information before checkout.
1. Shipping destinations
We currently accept online orders for delivery to Germany and Austria.
2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery
- Germany: €4.99. Free shipping for orders of €50.00 or more. Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days.
- Austria: €13.99. Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days.
The final shipping cost and current delivery estimate are shown at checkout before payment.
3. Production and processing
Many artworks are produced to order by a specialist printing partner after payment is confirmed. Custom or limited-edition items may require additional production time. We will contact you by email if an unexpected delay occurs.
4. Packaging and tracking
Artwork is packaged in a protective tube or shipped flat, depending on its size and material. When tracking is available, you will receive the tracking information by email after dispatch.
5. Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, at contact@camachophotography.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and damage so we can help quickly. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
6. Returns
Returns are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Please contact CamachoPhotography directly before returning an item; do not return it to the printing partner.
7. Separate shipments
Some orders may arrive in two shipments: the artwork may be sent directly by our specialist printing partner, while the Certificate of Authenticity, invoice, or other materials may be sent separately by CamachoPhotography.
